BEAR CREEK FALLS |
RATING - 34.0
|
Bear
Creek Falls occurs along the North Fork of the Skykomish River (I know it's
confusing) right at the mouth of Bear Creek. The waterfall is a long
series of small cascades culminating in a plunge into a huge pool of emerald
colored water. The entire bedrock formation drops about 25', but the
cascades are so gradual that they aren't super impressive. |

DIRECTIONS - Follow the directions to Troublesome Falls. Continue driving west for another mile or so until you see a small pullout on the left with a huge log lying parallel to the road. Park here and find the path down to the river and the gorge. |
