Dingford Creek is a fairly large volume waterfall located in the Middle Fork drainage.  The waterfall occurs just upstream from a concrete bridge.  The falls drop 87' in two main sections:  a large plunging drop and the cascades and slides below.  Aerial images indicate that the waterfall continues on further upstream.  These sections should be fairly easy to view but I didn't have time on my first trip into the area.  If you are in this area to hike the Middle Fork Trail or visit Goldmyer Hot Springs, there's no reason not to take the short walk down the road to view this waterfall.

DIRECTIONS - Leave I-90 at Exit 34 and drive north for about 1/2 a mile.  Turn right onto Middle Fork Road.  Follow the pothole filled road for 12 miles to a fork at the Taylor River Trail.  Take the right fork and follow it for another 5 miles to the Dingford Creek Trailhead.  This last section of road has a couple of washouts that are pretty tricky to navigate with a low clearance vehicle but it's possible.  Park at the trailhead and walk a couple hundred feet up the gated road in front of you to the bridge and the falls.
