This waterfall is located in downtown Bellingham in the Marine Heritage Park.  A nice trail leads around the creek with different views of the falls.  The falls themselves aren't particularly impressive but the park is nice.  There is a small fish hatchery at the park too so you may get to see some fish in the tanks nearby.  Bob Mooers calls this one Roeder Falls in his "Waterfall Finder's Guide".

DIRECTIONS - Take the Lakeway Exit in Bellingham and head west into downtown B'Ham.  At the weird 5-way intersection, take the second street to the right (Holly) and follow it to Prospect St.  Turn towards the water and drive until you reach the Marine Heritage Park.  Park here and follow the trail upstream to the falls.

NEARBY WATERFALLS - Middle Whatcom Falls, Upper Whatcom Falls, Whatcom Falls, Whirlpool Falls
