SILVER FALLS |

DESCRIPTION – Silver Falls is one of the few waterfalls
in the Entiat Valley that can be viewed up close
and personal. There is a loop trail of about 1.5 miles that leads
around to the falls. I couldn't talk the kids into making the hike in
the 90+ degree weather so I'll have to do that next time. Even from the
road this is an impressive waterfall, but hopefully you take the time to hike
into the falls when you visit. DIRECTIONS – Silver Falls can be found 29.5 miles down Entiat Valley Road. Park at the Forest Service Station
and look up the hill to see the falls roaring down. The trail starts on
the right side of the road. |
