NEARBY WATERFALLS - Skookum Falls Snoquera Falls is a great one.  It looks like it belongs in California's Yosemite National Park as opposed to in Washington state.  The falls plunge 300' down a massive cliff face and then drops another 100'.  I plan on making the hike to the base next spring to see this one up close myself.  Be sure to stop and take a look if you're in the area.  Late in the summer the falls dry out.
