DIRECTIONS - Drive east on Highway 20 from Burlington to Concrete.  Just east of Concrete the highway will go over Jackman Creek on a bridge with no sign (first major creek after Baker River).  The falls are somewhere around 1 mile upstream but they are extremely difficult to get to.

There are rumors of a big waterfall on Jackman Creek so one day I set out to find it.  I didn't locate any big falls, but I found this one along the way.  I named it Beaver Falls after literally stepping on a beaver's tail near the falls.
