The Pride Basin on the north side of Monte Cristo Peak is home to a large collection of some amazing waterfalls.  On my one trip into the area, I forgot my memory card, so the only pictures I have were taken with my cell phone.  I will definitely be back in the area to get better pictures though so stayed tuned.

Lower Cadet Creek Falls drops 55' in three small tiers of 26', 25', and 4'.  The entire thing is fairly well choked with logs and partially obscured by trees, making it quite disappointing.  There is almost surely more to the falls above what can be seen from the bottom and it shouldn't be too horribly difficult (once you get to the bottom) to scramble up for views of those drops.  This waterfall certainly wouldn't be worth the effort of visiting by itself, but you'll literally walk right passed it on your way to Pride Glacier Falls.

DIRECTIONS - Follow the directions to Pride Glacier Falls.  Cadet Creek drops into the right side of the valley.  Follow the righthand/major branch of Cadet Creek where it splits in the bottom of the valley and you will run into this branch of Cadet Creek joining the water coming from Pride Glacier.
