The middle falls on Anderson Creek occurs where the creek plunges about 108' over a striking cliff, kicking up a large amount of spray in the process.  The trip into the falls is fairly steep and a little bit brushy, but is nothing horrible (other than the climb back out).  The lighting on my first trip in was awful, but it looks like this could be a very nice spot for photography with the right lighting.

Having this great waterfall on Anderson Creek makes the lack of views of the other two falls a little easier to deal with.  On the drive up, there are some incredible views of Baker and the Anderson/Watson Lakes Trail at the end of the road is one of the most popular trails in the area.

DIRECTIONS - Turn off Baker Lake Road onto FR 1106 which goes over the top of the dam.  Follow the road up for a few miles until it crosses Anderson Creek (it should be the only creek with a bridge).  About 800' past the creek is a small stream that runs under the road.  Follow it down for about 800' (staying on the right side of the gully) to Anderson Creek.  You will be right at the base of the falls.  There are some steep sections along the way, but nothing life threatening.
