Soldier Boy Falls is a pretty fan-shaped waterfall located right next to Cascade River Road, just before the Cascade Pass parking lot. The same creek drops over this nice upper falls a short distance upstream. The creek likely has multiple waterfalls on it, but these two are easy to view. The waterfall drops 178' right next to the Cascade Pass Trail. A few trees unfortunately block clear views and the hill around the creek is steep enough that scrambling to the bottom for a clear view is difficult. This isn't a major attraction, but if you're already hiking the trail there's no reason not to take a couple minutes to take a peek. |

| DIRECTIONS - Drive to the end of the Cascade River Road and start up the Cascade Pass Trail. In about 1.75 miles the trail will reach a switchback with the falls clearly audible and visible. |
