 This
very small volume creek drops into the South Fork Falls via this pretty
waterfall. The falls can be easily seen from Mosquito Lake Road.
It is also possible (although I haven't figured out how yet) to get up close
to this waterfall. This would probably only be worth the trouble
during the peak volume of the winter and early spring. |

DIRECTIONS - From Mt. Baker Highway, turn south onto Mosquito Lake Road.
About a mile after crossing the North Fork, you will drive through the
community of Welcome Valley. At the sharp corner (you'll have to slow
down as you approach), look east to see the falls above the valley. |
