DENNY CAMP FALLS |
|
RATING - 30.0
VR - 8 (Big) HR - 2 SR - 12/20 TYPE OF APPROACH - Roadside DIFFICULTY - Very Easy LOCATION - Snoqualmie Pass Area TYPE - Punchbowl HEIGHT - 25' WIDTH - 5' |
This is a noisy, little waterfall where the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River is forced through a little crack in the rocks and plunges a short distance into a small pool at the bottom. If you see this falls when the water is high it can create quite a ruckus. It is possible to get down to the creek with enough work for a better view. |
DIRECTIONS - Drive
east along I-90 to Exit #47 and turn left under the freeway. Take the first
right towards Denny Camp and continue through the camp. Soon the trail and creek
will come very close to the roadway (like a couple feet). Park here and scramble
down towards the creek to the falls. NEARBY WATERFALLS - Alpental Falls, Fall-Into-The-Wall Falls, Franklin Falls, Staircase Falls |
