North Fork Falls is a big, powerful falls that occur where the North Fork of the Sauk River gets squeezed through a small gap and shot out into a pool at the bottom. The resultant spray seems to drench everything within a mile radius. Getting to the falls requires a very short trail from the parking lot to a viewing platform complete with a sitting bench. The sheer power of the falls make it a must see visit for waterfall hunters in the area. |
