Whatcom
Creek runs from Lake Whatcom down to Bellingham Bay and drops over 6 waterfalls along the
way. Upper Whatcom Falls is the first of these falls and is located in Whatcom Falls
Park. It is a nice block waterfall in high water, but loses much of its luster in
low water. This one is also called Hatchery Falls because of its close proximity to
the fish hatchery.
