Feature Show Falls is a great little hike for small kids. It's about a mile with very little elevation gain. Once at the falls, there's even a little bench to sit on. My dad joined us for this hike after his knee surgery and didn't have too much trouble getting there. There is another small, seasonal waterfall (Preshow Falls) just downstream from Feature Show Falls as well as Boulder Falls downstream on the Boulder River and if you keep your eyes open really well, you might catch a glimpse of Wheeler Falls on the way in. Feature Show Falls are one of the most popular in the Puget Sound region and are a perfect example of a segmented waterfall. Take a few hours and enjoy a gorgeous hike to see Feature Show Falls. You won't regret it. |
