Finney/Cumberland Road
Cumberland Road takes off from the South Skagit Highway between Concrete and the community of Day Creek. It heads uphill to Cumberland Pass before dropping into the Finney Creek drainage. The road eventually meets up with Concrete-Sauk Valley Road. Along the way, Segelsen Road takes off towards the south and ends up just west of Darrington on Highway 530. This maze of roads covers a huge area, and as such, there are a good number of waterfalls to be found. Almost all of these waterfalls we have documented so far are easy to see. I particularly enjoy the drive from Concrete to Darrington over Deer Creek Pass in the autumn when the leaves cover the road.
